About the Role:
As a CBRE Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining small to medium-sized buildings, industrial systems and equipment. You would be responsible for providing support, preventative maintenance and repairs on equipment and systems. You shall report to Facilities Coordinator.

What You'll Do:
- Using the resources available, fixing day-to-day issues across the sites
- Perform ongoing preventive maintenance and repairs on mechanical, electrical, and other building systems.
- Conduct routine maintenance inspections, diagnose potential problems, and make repairs.
- Review assigned work orders in the CMMS and partner with available systems to track completion.
- Support energy management by ensuring all building systems are operating efficiently.
- Inspect existing installations for compliance with building codes and safety laws.
- Ensure daily rounds of the site to check for maintenance jobs.
- Act as an emergency contact person for the building maintenance emergencies, sometimes which maybe out of hours.
- Assist with moves and changes – meeting room setups/moving desks.
- Deliver own output by following defined procedures and processes under close supervision and guidance.
- Support with site inductions, maintain records and complete SOW for all contractors ensuring all data and documents are uploaded into the CMMS & other CBRE systems.
- Support office and parking space allocation.
- Be comfortable to collaborate closely with citizens/client partners/sourcing/suppliers.
- Other associated tasks as directed by line management.
What You'll Need:
- High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 1-2 years of job-related experience. In lieu of a diploma, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
- Meet the physical requirements of this role including stooping, standing, walking, climbing stairs/ladders, and the ability to lift/carry heavy loads of 50 lbs. or more.
- Ability to follow basic work routines and standards in the application of work.
- Interpersonal skills to exchange straightforward information.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
- Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive approach.

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including
a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the position
is or $32.00 per hour and the maximum salary for the position is
$38.50 per hour. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate
will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience.
